• –IP geolocation data is fetched client-side directly from ipapi.co. Our servers are not involved.
• –Google Analytics (GA4) collects anonymized, aggregated traffic statistics. IP anonymization is enabled.
• –Contact form submissions are stored only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry.

Third-Party Services

• –IP Geolocation: ipapi.co — their privacy policy governs requests to their API.
• –Mapping: Google Maps Embed API — Google's Privacy Policy applies to map tile requests.
• –Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — anonymized usage data only.
• –VPN Affiliate: ExpressVPN links are disclosed on-page. Clicking may set affiliate cookies on their domain.

Cookies

• –WhatsmyIPA itself sets no cookies.
• –Google Analytics sets anonymized cookies (_ga, _gid). Block with uBlock Origin if preferred.
• –Affiliate links may set cookies on third-party domains after you click them.

Your Rights

• –EU/EEA: Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, and erase personal data. We respond within 30 days.
• –California: Under CCPA, you have the right to know what personal information is collected and request deletion.
• –Since we collect minimal data, most requests can be satisfied by not submitting a contact form.

• –All traffic to WhatsmyIPA is served over HTTPS with TLS 1.2+.
• –Contact form data, if stored, is protected with encryption at rest.
